After the divorce, my whole life began to change in many ways, some happy and some deeply painful.  There were many transitions and losses that were very difficult.  In the years that followed the divorce, I decided to complete a coach certification program, leave a 24 year career in research, start my own business helping women using the specific techniques that helped me overcome my previous relationship patterns.

I support women through the process of letting go of past relationships and empowering them with the confidence and unwavering belief that they will find the right partner.

I live near Chicago, Illinois and volunteer with organizations that provide support services for women going through divorce, surviving domestic violence and cancer.

What I enjoy most is time with family and friends, followed by biking along the Chicago lakefront, live concerts, tennis, meditation, yoga, the Chicago Botanic Garden, Latin, ballroom and Bollywood dance, speaking foreign languages, travel, spirituality and all topics personal growth.  My parents are originally from Greece.

Having grown up in a bilingual bicultural home helps me to understand the cultural norms that are specific to certain ethnic backgrounds and how those can have an impact on choosing the right life partner.

Coolest things I’ve enjoyed doing: scuba diving and dancing Flamenco semi-professionally
